What is the Cause of Covid-19?

The name Covid has come from a Greek word which means “open mouth”. This oral affliction refers to a condition where a person’s sinuses (the cavities in the cheeks, behind the teeth, and around the lips) become infected with a bacteria known as “pirostral” or “pigeonwing”. This type of illness tends to affect children more than adults. The cause of pirostral disease is not yet known but is thought to occur due to genetic factors and / or an immune deficiency. Children often suffer from Covid when they are between the ages of six and fourteen years.

If a child contracts pirostral disease from a parent or close contact, it is called a congenital infection. Children can get this disease from other parents or close contacts who have the illness as well. Children who are premature, African-American, or have a poor immune system are at a higher risk of contracting CO VID. The flu and common cold viruses also carry the same virus which causes Pirostral. Therefore, if a child comes into contact with a virus that they already have, there is a strong chance that they could contract CO VID.

An outbreak of covid-19 can occur anywhere on the body. The most commonly affected areas are: face, lips, ears, and eyes. Children are more at risk than adults due to their weaker immune systems. A child who contracts the disease can spread it to another child by kissing, sharing toys, or touching an area that has been contaminated with the virus.

It is possible for anyone to get this virus, regardless of age. It is more common in children and it can also be contracted from using swimming pools that are not chlorinated or by breathing in a pool with someone who has the condition. It does not take long after contact with the virus for someone to develop a fever and general malaise. The common symptoms of this disease include: runny nose, red-rimmed eyes, cough, sore throat, wheezing, headache, and fatigue. A CDC study has found that the majority of individuals who tested positive for covid-19 had never before had the condition.

An epidemic of the virus was believed to have originated in Brazil, but there have been no confirmed cases of the disease in the United States or in any of the countries surrounding the United States. There has been much speculation as to why there has not been an outbreak in the United States or in Europe, where Sars-Cov-2 has been a problem for many years. A study conducted by the Royal Society in the United Kingdom showed that children born to mothers with a higher level of virus infection had a high risk of contracting the condition. This research suggests that an unidentified virus may cause the increased prevalence of the condition.

Because the symptoms of covid-19 are similar to those of the common cold, the condition is frequently misdiagnosed.
